📦 Where Do We Ship?
We ship pan-India — from metro cities to the coziest corners of the country. If your PIN code is serviceable by our courier partners, we’re on it.

🚚 Shipping Timeframes
Processing Time: 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Delivery Time: 3–8 business days depending on your location.
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: Sometimes a smidge more — but we’ll keep you posted!
📅 Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: ₹0 – We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders. Yay!
COD Orders (if applicable): ₹50–₹100 extra depending on your location — visible at checkout.

🚨 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can follow your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep. If anything looks weird on tracking, just give us a shout — we’ll sort it.

💬 Delays & Exceptions
We work with reliable courier partners, but delivery delays may occur due to:
Weather disruptions
Strikes or regional lockdowns
High-demand sale periods or festivals
We’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay — no ghosting, promise.

📫 Wrong Address? Missed Delivery?
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t reship orders that get returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier usually retries once or twice. Still unsure? Ping us and we’ll help coordinate.
