At Snappy Stash, we put a lot of heart into curating quirky, quality products — and we hope you love your stash as much as we do! However, if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle replacements.
✅ We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage during transit or manufacturing defects.
We accept replacements only if:
The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
The wrong item was delivered
Important:
To claim a replacement, you must record a clear unboxing video before opening the package.
The video should clearly show the parcel from all sides and the process of opening it without any cuts.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by sending the video proof.
After 24 hours, claims will not be considered.
To keep things simple and hygienic:
Used, worn, or washed items
Personalized or custom-made products
Items marked Final Sale or clearance
These cannot be replaced.
No money refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
Approved cases will receive a replacement of the same item or store credit.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
